On May 22, 2023, the third consortium meeting of the Perfect Fit project was held for all project partners. Eline Meijer gave a project update, in which she talked about the various steps that have been taken in the development of the Perfect Fit intervention. To get an idea of the developed intervention, Bouke Scheltinga gave a demonstration. This was followed by presentations by three PhD students working on the project: 

• "Co-creation with the Perfect Fit target group: Approach and lessons learned" (Milon van Vliet, LUMC)
• "Perfect Fit intervention: incorporating research results on risk situations and coaching techniques in the app" (Kristell Penfornis, Leiden University) 
• “Measuring activities” (Bouke Scheltinga, University of Twente)
